It is not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease. By using this site or placing an order, you declare that you understand and accept this.

1. Who we are and scope

Synapta Labs ("Synapta Labs", "we") operates this site to offer technical material intended for research within Mexico. These terms govern access to the site and the purchase of products. By browsing the site, contacting us or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Nature of the material (RUO)

Products are supplied solely as reference material for research and development purposes in controlled environments by qualified personnel. Synapta Labs does not provide dosing, protocols, reconstitution instructions, application indications or usage recommendations. Any published information is technical and informative and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical or any other kind of advice.

3. Buyer eligibility

To purchase material, you declare that: (a) you are of legal age under Mexican law; (b) you acquire the material exclusively for legitimate research purposes; (c) you have the capacity, facilities and knowledge to handle the material safely; and (d) you will not use the material for human or veterinary use or for any purpose other than the one declared. Synapta Labs may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Buyer responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for the handling, storage, use and disposal of the material in accordance with safety standards and applicable law. The buyer assumes all risk arising from improper use. Synapta Labs shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from any use other than the declared research purpose.

5. Products, prices and availability

Availability is limited and may change without notice. Prices are confirmed through the support channel (WhatsApp) at the time of the order. Images and descriptions are illustrative. Synapta Labs reserves the right to modify the catalog, prices and conditions at any time.

6. Orders, payment and shipping

Orders are managed through the channels indicated on the site. Shipping is performed within Mexico with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the indicated address.

7. Traceability and verification

Each batch has a certificate of analysis (COA) and NFC/QR verification. Verification confirms the batch and its documentation but does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any specific use. If the code does not match the product received, do not handle the material and contact us before proceeding.

8. Returns

Due to the nature of the material, returns of opened products or products with a broken security seal are not accepted. In case of a shipping error or product damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

9. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, texts and design of the site are property of Synapta Labs and may not be reproduced without authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Synapta Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Changes and governing law

Synapta Labs may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
